Lithium Aluminum Hydride

Litium aluminum hydride (LiAlH?), produced by Millipore at a concentration of 34%, is an important chemical compound known as a strong reducing agent in various organic and inorganic chemical reactions. This compound is often used in laboratories and the chemical industry because of its ability to reduce carbonyl compounds such as aldehydes, ketones, esters and amides to alcohol, as well as reducing various other organic compounds.
