CX-9900M Mobile OES
The CX-9900M mobile optical emission spectrometer is developed from the optical system of laboratory fixed spectrometers through special improvements. It inherits the stable data performance of fixed spectrometers, enabling the detection of multiple elements with high stability, reliability, and ease of use. Each component in the optical system, such as the grating detector, is firmly fixed and protected by special processes, making the instrument dust-proof, shock-resistant, and durable. Equipped with a high-end ARM processor, the detector operates at a speed within 3 meters. The high-quality hardware design provides a strong guarantee for the performance of the CX-9900M, ensuring short analysis time and high efficiency
The instrument integrates optical technology with microelectronic components and is powered by a
battery pack, enabling hundreds of excitations on a single charge. It can analyze various forms of
metal materials. By adopting an optical system previously exclusive to laboratory instruments and
making special improvements to suit portable spectrometers, the device is no longer restricted by
usage environments, reliably meeting customers' analytical requirements both outdoors and at high
altitudes.
The integrated design of the instrument ensures the trolley's mobility, and it can be disassembled
into three parts for convenient transportation when necessary.
The HEPS digital spark light source significantly enhances the discharge stability of the light source
system, ensuring analytical precision. Equipped with a high-end ARM processor for high-speed data
synchronization and processing, it can complete a detection in just 20 seconds. Analyzing the same
sample at different times yields excellent data consistency and stability, allowing the analysis of
elements such as C, P, S, B, Sn, and As in steel.
Featuring USB and network interfaces, the instrument supports printer connection and data upload.
It also allows for easy expansion of calibration curves—changing channels within the matrix range
or adding new matrices requires no hardware modifications or additional costs. With a sleek and
elegant design, high cost-effectiveness, and low energy consumption, we are committed to meeting
diverse customer needs and providing timely, high-quality after-sales service.
